WhatsApp support and messaging preferences
AskSuls on WhatsApp is a focused presentation service. It accepts your source files, links, and instructions, helps confirm the deck brief, and delivers the editable PowerPoint file and optional browser editing link.
For human help with the WhatsApp channel, email contact@asksuls.com. To stop WhatsApp processing, send `STOP` in the chat or choose **Turn off** under **Settings → Integrations → WhatsApp**. You can also email an off-channel opt-out request; we will verify account ownership before changing the linked account.
